Life happens, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold appointments. Deposit will be be applied to balance at check out. Appointments can be rescheduled one time without losing deposit. Same day cancellations and no show appointments will forfeit deposit and remaining balance of service will be charged. 

Late Arrival: If a client arrives late, we regret that the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. In consideration of other clients' appointments, late arrivals will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will be charged.
